How VEKT actually works.
The questions athletes, coaches, and club directors ask before they sign up — answered in plain English, the same way VEKT answers every question about fit.
01What is VEKT?
VEKT is The All-Sports Recruitment AI. It answers one question for every athlete: what programs need me? It matches athletes to college programs on fit — across D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and NJCAA — and tells them where they fit and where they don't yet. Plain English. No match scores, no percentages.
02Is VEKT just another recruiting platform with a match score?
No. VEKT has zero match scores and zero percentages. The output is plain English: the programs that need your archetype this cycle, the coach's name on every reply, and where you don't fit yet — stated plainly. The word is fit, not exposure. That's the whole product.
03How does VEKT's AI recruitment work?
VEKT runs three AI agents — the Coach Agent, the Athlete Agent, and the Director Agent. Each holds a real conversation with one of the three people who know the truth about a player, and none of the three can see what the others said. That's why it's triple blind. VEKT combines the three conversations with the hard data (stats, film, grades) and matches athletes to the programs that actually need them.
04What is hard data vs. soft data in college recruiting?
Hard data is what every platform has: stats, film, grades, height, speed, position. It tells you what a player can do. Soft data is what no platform has: how a player takes coaching, owns a mistake, handles pressure, reads a locker room. Coaches know this decides games. It never shows up on a stat sheet because nobody has had a way to collect it. VEKT collects it.
05What if my athlete isn't a D1 prospect?
Good — that's exactly who VEKT is built for. The Coach Agent indexes programs D1 through NJCAA, so the prototype your athlete is checked against is the one the right-level coach actually recruits. Most athletes who went through intake landed at D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO and said the honest fit answer was more valuable than any D1 dream pitch.
06Do college coaches actually see my athlete's profile?
VEKT puts the verified profile in front of the coach who recruits that specific position. Every reply — interested or not — comes back to the athlete with the coach's name on it. No anonymous form letters. If a program passes, you get the plain-English reason, so you know what to close the gap on.
07What does the club director or club coach have to do with it?
The director or club coach sees the kid every week. They give the honest, verified read — practice habits, bad days, the stuff that never shows up on a stat sheet. It's third-party, not self-reported, which is exactly what college coaches trust. Families worried this would be awkward; in practice the director conversation is what made coaches actually reply.
08Why is VEKT different from FieldLevel, SportsRecruits, or NCSA?
Other platforms sell exposure. Their model needs every athlete to believe the top level is in reach, so they inflate. VEKT's model is fit, so VEKT can tell the truth. The three-conversation record is the moat: a highlight reel can be copied, but a coach's honest read, an athlete's own answers, and a program's stated identity — matched together — cannot.
09How much does VEKT cost?
Athletes fund the platform. Every athlete gets a free verified profile. Pro is $19/mo or $190/yr, and Elite is $39/mo or $390/yr — both unlock continuous re-evaluation and match alerts. College coaches are free with .edu email verification, with a Pro Coach upsell for unlimited matches. Club directors are always free.
10Is VEKT safe for minors? Is it compliant?
Yes. VEKT is FERPA and COPPA compliant, and privacy-first by design. Many users are minors, so the platform treats all athlete data with the same care. The triple-blind protocol means none of the three agents share answers, protecting the integrity of every evaluation.
Stop selling exposure. Start verifying fit.
