Elliot Mark Leonard captained at Lehigh and coached as a D1 assistant at FAU. He saw the same thing from both sides of the clipboard: the recruiting industry sells exposure, inflates expectations, and takes money to do it. Every platform tells every athlete the top level is in reach. Almost none of them are.
The thing that actually decides whether a kid sticks — how they take coaching, own a mistake, handle pressure, read a locker room — never shows up on a stat sheet. Every coach knows it. Nobody had ever collected it, because nobody had a way to.
So he built VEKT. Three conversational AI agents that hold real conversations with the three people who know the truth about a player — the college coach, the athlete, and the club director — and none of them can see what the others said. Triple-blind. The honest record nobody else has.
